BUSINESS

The

Hey friend, it’s Nic!

You know I don’t mess around.....so here are my absolute no-brainers with this Business:

  1. Why this works! It’s a genius makeup system that women are curious about from the moment they see it (Hello! You were curious when you saw it!)
  2. Women owned Business! Ulta, Sephora and FreePeople tried to get their hands on this makeup and the founder instead decided to reward women like us to talk about it and share it with others! It’s like sharing a favorite recipe and getting paid for it. Genius!
  3. Show me the money! I’ve never seen a more generous affiliate payment structure (between 20-40%)
  4. No minimum purchase! This isn’t the business that puts people into debt. Once you have your Business Kit, you only buy what you need and use yourself, in your own time. Oh, and you have the ability to earn your Business Kit back in your first few weeks!
  5. No experience necessary! You don’t need makeup artist skills to educate women about this makeup or help them find solutions to their beauty routines. This palette does it all for us.
  6. Help from Day 1! From the second you become an Artist you are provided with access to a step-by-step business setup & launch process.

For the sake of absolute openness, allow me to address the two most common topics I personally encounter when someone considers working with me:

I don’t have free time like you do Nic, so I’ll be slow to start” and “I don't have followers like you.”

On November 27, 2020, I began just where you are now. I juggled a demanding job, waking at 4-5am, driving RVs and hauling 5th wheel campers for an Auction House until late into the night. I had no Group, no Page, and my Facebook 'friends' were mostly 45-55-year-old men from my Motorsport Media days. My schedule was jam-packed, and I embarked on my online journey totally from scratch.

My first year with Seint was all about gaining confidence in front of the camera and expanding my knowledge. Year two focused on building trust with a growing online audience, establishing myself as a go-to figure on TikTok and Facebook. By my third year, I had forged strong relationships with my customers and online followers. What I'm emphasizing is that succeeding in this industry requires a steadfast dedication to showing up every day and a clear-cut vision of crafting something truly exceptional with a meaningful purpose, knowing everything worth doing takes time.

Your Questions Answered

I’m not tech savvy.”

You don’t have to be tech savvy! We have third-party tools, trainings, and resources that anyone can utilize and grow to become successful. You’ll have content channels filled with tutorials, graphics and product information at your fingertips.

”How often do I need to post?”

Everyone is different, but in our training we offer a formula for posting on your social media that doesn’t make you look pushy or salesy. Yes, you have a business, but I like to say that we are in the business of relationships and problem solving. Be a human online, and the trust that’s developed over time will produce fantastic results.

“Will I have to build a team/recruit others?”

No way! You can just focus on earning your commission if educating & selling is what you like doing best. However if you ⁣⁣want to create a community of makeup business owners around you, you can do that too!

“I don’t have a big social media following.”

I started with a following of ZERO. You don’t have to have a big social media presence when you get started. While social media is an amazing tool, it’s not the only way to be successful. You can build a business through in-person makeovers, referrals, word of mouth, hosting parties, and more. Or you can do what I did and get to work on providing value to your existing online friends, becoming their go-to for all things beauty. You’d be amazed how quickly you can grow your audience if you’re consistent over the next 12-24 months.

Basically, you can work your business however works best for you.

FINAL FAQ’S

Are there resources and trainings available to support me?”

Man oh man, did you hit the JACKPOT when it comes to resources, guidance and training! Aside from the 7 step business launch system you get on Day 1, we offer live and pre-recorded trainings in a Facebook group weekly, a monthly team calendar, content channels to use, an entire collection of instructional Guides. There are also team chats for asking questions and getting color match help from experienced Artists!

Which Kit should I start with?

Eeeeek, this is a loaded question for me. I always want to know that the women I work with have got some “skin in the game”. Making a $220-$500 investment to become an Artist with unlimited earning potential is a no-brainer! I always suggest at least the Basic Kit. It’s not a deal-breaker, but I do know that gals who have started with the smaller (Essentials Kit) are less inclined to feel a strong commitment to their business. All Kits come pre-packed - they cannot be customized.

Do I need a different email address as an Artist if I shopped with you as a customer?

No. You can go ahead and use the same email address during the new Artist registration process. Just be signed out of your customer account when you go to sign up.

Is there “minimum spend” required for an Artist to be active each month?

No, never. You don not have to buy product yourself to keep your business active. Fantastic hey!!

Tell me about advancements and scaling.

The beautiful thing about this business model is that it took all the good things from social selling models and ditched the shitty things. So you don’t need to build a team if you’re more comfortable with sales. On the other hand you can build a wonderful community of Artists around you and grow your business that way. Training is available on this once you complete your 7 step launch.

During the process I need to create a “shop name”.

Help! What does this mean?

This the front part of your Seint Official website. All Artists get their own unique URL (website address). Mine for example is shopnicole.seintofficial.com, so the shopnicole is my “shop name”. You can use whatever you feel is relevant to you. Honestly is won’t determine your success, and I was literally in the car when I registered and just went with that because it was easy for me to remember lol Best advice: keep it short! Long URL’s are painful to remember and type.

Do I need a business/company name?

No. Until you get established and start earning consistently, a business name is not needed.
